Corona-virusdiagnostics Order Process:
By purchasing any test kits from Corona Virus Diagnostics Limited you confirm that your purchase is on behalf of a medical professional and/or a company.
Orders for products or services can be made through our website, by email or phone. This website is PCI compliant and any payment information will be encrypted or securely stored for the period in it required. After this period payment information will be deleted.
We are open Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 5.30pm for telephone orders. Any orders placed after these times will not be processed until the following working day.
Full payment is due on any order for products or service unless you are an NHS organisation such as NHS Trust or a GP Surgery.
If there is a problem with payment we will contact you to offer advice. We reserve the right to decline an order or payment. We can also insist that an order is only sent to the registered address to the payment card.
We endeavor to send out all orders the same by either Royal Mail or by courier.
Any images of products on our website are for illustration only and the product you receive may be visually different but will have the same purpose and performance shown.
Upon delivery you must inspect your products carefully for damage and inform Corona-virusdiagnostics immediately if it is damaged. We will not accept responsibility for any damage that has occurred during transit of your delivery.
Prices and Payments:
The full amount of payment is taken form your chosen payment method once we receive your order.
All products and services are subject to availability.
If applicable VAT will be added to all prices unless otherwise stated.
All products remain the property of Corona-virusdiagnostics until paid for in full.
All refund requests must be made in writing.
Refunds can only be made if all packaging of any product has not been opened, damaged and the seal is intact.
You must bear the cost of return postage and packaging which must been made to ensure the product is received in good condition.
We recommend using Royal Mail signed for delivery due to the value of the products.
Deliveries of products:
All products are delivered using Royal Mail overnight delivery unless otherwise stated.
Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking number once you order has been dispatched to you.
If a delivery has been unsuccessful and is returned to us we will advise you without delay. If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provide by you, we may charge you a fee to re-deliver any product to you.
Provision of Services:
All services shown on our website are provided by third parties.
The Phlebotomists that are contracted by Corona-virusdiagnostics have CQC registration (a compulsory requirement for all healthcare providers), public and medical indemnity for the phlebotomists. The phlebotomists are also first aid trained in case of emergency.
You are advised that in booking an appointment you are reserving the phlebotomist’s time exclusively for administration of the antibody test.
